My name is Mike and i was recruited to the Patriot Act Alliance today. I have played Champions Online on and off since beta. I play mostly in the evenings (East Coast). I am not the greatest RPer, but I try :) My 2 main characters are Spectra, a bounty hunter for hire and Dr Black who I created because I got sick of groups never finding a dedicated healer.

In RL I am the old guy, 38 years young, married and my kid always comes first. I am also known as the IT guy. I manage a small data center for a museum and a few charitable organizations. I also build gaming PCs on the side, so if anyone needs any advice on computers or networking, I m your guy.

I enjoy teaming up for any of the adventure packs or the comic series. I dont mind side kicking down to team up with lower level players, so dont be shy if you want to team up or need help finishing a mission.

I hope to get to know some of you guys over the next couple of days. if anyone has any questions or needs help just ask :)

Hi Mike! You're not that old, I've RPed with people in their mid 40's.

Hello! My name's Ellen, but all my online friends call me Fuffy. I was recruited into PAA two days ago, after seeing Chiyoko advertising in MC Zone chat. She said this group's goal was to improve the RP community in CO, and I was sold.

My first instance of RPing was a tabletop game called The Everlasting, and I was 11 years old. I think I played a shapeshifting vampire and got my character nearly killed on the first adventure. I've come a long way since then! Champions was my first MMO RP experience, but I eventually left to play other games. I ended up RPing in GW2 for about two years, but now I've left that and I'm back to Champions again.

IRL I'm a digital painter and singer, and my hobbies include birdwatching, chasing squirrels away from my birdfeeders, and going to malls to look at nice shoes then getting depressed when I can't buy them.

As to my 8 current characters, I have a Native American demigod pyromancer, a local firefighter with superspeed, a psionic android gangster, an undead warrior demon, a radioactive mute cyborg who's about 7 feet tall, a VIPER agent-turned-superhero, a small-time vigilante empowered by magic starstuff, and a painfully shy bestial demon who works for UNTIL. I also have planned a medieval telekinetic cursed with immortality. Right now the shy demon is the only one I have in the supergroup roster; her name is Jaguar.

Theoretically, all of my characters are available for roleplaying with, but I haven't managed to wrangle any RP since I came back to CO. I have mixed feelings about my combination of pleasant and unpleasant memories from Club Caprice.

I'm located in Central time but have a fairly open schedule most days, as I don't currently have a day job, but that could very well change at any time.

I love using roleplay to create stories with other people. I was raised by professional storytellers, and it's in my nature to explore all the possibilities a story arc could hold. I'm also a huge nerd when it comes to superheroes, so CO is like a perfect storm of my vices.

My name is Mark, and I've got you beat in the age category -- I started role-playing in the late seventies. I've not been officially recruited, although I asked enough questions of several of your members to find this site. Haven't been able to join the chat channels yet -- so I'm still trying to make myself known.

MMO-wise I tried a bunch of things, EQ, WoW, Camelot, Anarchy Online, etc., but never really found a home until City of Heroes. I really loved that game and played it from day 3 (thanks to a credit card foul up) until its final day. I did take some time off to try both Champions and DCUO, but always came back to City.

A lot of my characters are attempts to recreate old friends from City, with mixed results. Flagborn is my patriotic recreation of my first 50 City of Heroes regen martial artsscrapper. In Champions he's a freeform character combining various kicks and punch attacks with high regen and super jumping. He's not the only patriotic character -- I've also got Bellringer, a behemoth build, with flag speed running. I've a few other toons I've been trying out lately as well; Nox a shadow character, Celesta - a Radiant, and Longbowman - an Archer (with a costume reminiscent of the City of Heroes Longbow).

I also tend to play around with screenshots making them into comic book covers. I did well over 500 such for CoH characters over the years. With City gone, I really am glad I did so. And I have made a few of my current toons as well...
